Protein chia pudding with summer fruit

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)
• 250 ml unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 scoop (30 g) Beyuna Protein powder
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
• Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Toppings (optional):
• Fresh summer fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
• Coconut flakes
• Nuts or seeds
• Mint leaves for a fresh touch
Preparation
Mix the plant-based milk with the protein powder in a bowl or shaker until well dissolved and add cinnamon if desired. Then stir the chia seeds well into the mixture until evenly distributed. Cover the mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Stir again after 10 minutes to prevent lumps. After 2 hours, stir the pudding briefly and serve it in a glass or bowl. Garnish with your favorite summer fruits and other toppings.
