Winter Glow Smoothie
New year, new energy, but preferably without complicated recipes. That's why we're starting January with a simple favorite: the Winter Glow Smoothie. Creamy, refreshing, and filling, and ready in three minutes. Perfect as a quick breakfast after the holidays, a post-workout boost, or simply a moment for yourself. A bonus: you can easily add Beyuna Protein for a strong start to your day.
- 1 banana (preferably frozen for extra creaminess)
- 150–200 ml (plant-based) milk or water
- 1 handful of mango (frozen) or orange segments
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of Beyuna Protein
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated or powdered) – optional
- Ice cubes, if desired
Place all ingredients in a blender: the banana, milk or water, mango or orange segments, spinach, one scoop of Beyuna Protein, and the ginger. Add a few ice cubes to taste and blend everything for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Taste: if you like it a little sweeter, add a small piece of banana. If you prefer it a little thinner, add a little more milk or water and blend briefly again. For an extra filling breakfast version, add a tablespoon of rolled oats and blend briefly.
