Energy smoothie with banana and date

We already knew from our healthy Snickers that date and peanut butter make a great combination. That is why we also incorporate this in this delicious "warming" autumn smoothie. Can you use an energy boost? Make this smoothie, which by the way tastes like dessert, for yourself!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 medjool date

  • 250 ml oat or almond milk

  • 2 tsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp oatmeal

  • Pinch of cinnamon

PREPARATION

Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix until it is a smooth and liquid whole. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
